Treasure! Who hasn't daydreamed about finding a 'treasure'? I know I've watched many shows that speak of treasure! The wide eyed people get all excited about getting 'rich' quick. Sadly, many of us get lost in the world of earthly 'treasures'. All the while we have treasures unknown to us. All we have to do to find this 'treasure' is open our hearts to the one who created all things. No, I'm not talking about Walt Disney I'm speaking of the creator God who left us a treasure map! Just where can one find this treasure map? On coffee tables, night stands, book shelves, and even in the app store. So, what stops you from reading the treasure map today? I'll get you started right now, Matthew 6:21: "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Where is your heart?
Dear Lord, help us to seek treasures that are not temporary, but that are eternal. In Jesus Name. Amen.
